GOD’s readiness to give and forgive is now public. Salvation’s available for everyone! We’re being shown how to turn our backs on a godless, indulgent life, and how to take on a GOD-filled, GOD-honoring life. This new life is starting right now, and is whetting our appetites for the glorious day when our great GOD and Savior, JESUS CHRIST, appears. He offered Himself as a sacrifice to free us from a dark, rebellious life into this good, pure life, making us a people He can be proud of, energetic in goodness.

Since we (the children) are made of flesh and blood, it’s logical that the Savior took on flesh and blood in order to rescue us by His death. By embracing death, taking it into Himself, He destroyed the devil’s hold on death and freed all of us who cower through life, scared to death of death.

GOD raised us from the dead as He did CHRIST. When we were stuck in our old sin-dead life, we were incapable of responding to GOD. GOD brought us alive—right along with CHRIST! Think of it! All sins forgiven, the slate wiped clean, that old arrest warrant canceled and nailed to CHRIST's cross. He stripped all the spiritual tyrants in the universe of their sham authority at the Cross and marched them naked through the streets.

In CHRIST, GOD leads us from place to place in one perpetual victory parade. Through us, He brings knowledge of CHRIST. Everywhere we go, people breathe in the exquisite fragrance. Because of CHRIST, we give off a sweet scent rising to GOD, which is recognized by those on the way of salvation—an aroma redolent with life. 
(Caution: But those on the way to destruction treat us more like the stench from a rotting corpse).

CHRIST (Messiah) has made things up between us so that we’re now together on this, both Gentiles ("outsiders") and Jews ("insiders"). He tore down the wall we used to keep each other at a distance. He repealed the law code that had become so clogged with fine print and footnotes that it hindered more than it helped. Then He started over. Instead of continuing with two groups of people separated by centuries of animosity and suspicion, He created a new kind of human being (believer, follower, disciple of CHRIST), a fresh start for everybody.

As time goes by, the earth continues to fill up with the awareness of GOD's glory, as the waters cover the sea.

We are His valentines - Divine valentines ... "D'Vine's" (The Vine's ) valentines (John 15:5) !
